Single Cabinet Damaged in Transit against Dock High
Description of Incident:
"... the Driver backed toward the dock and tried to line up the truck lift gate with the loading dock. The truck was lower than the loading dock and the Driver was unable to adjust the truck lift gate to a higher height. The Driver then tried to move the truck forward (away from the loading dock) ... the skid did fall between the loading dock and the truck. ... there is a “crease” across the middle of ... that shows where this was pressed against the loading dock."
